If you have a health plan through Washington Healthplanfinder, you will need to renew it every year. You can do so during open enrollment. Open enrollment is the time you can shop, compare and choose health and dental plans. It begins November 1 of each year.

Before open enrollment, you will get a renewal message. This message will tell you how to confirm your coverage for the coming year. In some cases, your current plan is not available. If so, this message will include details about a similar plan you are being moved to.

You may be able to automatically renew your plan for the upcoming year. If you choose this option, your new plan details can be found in your account. If not, you will have to manually renew your plan during open enrollment.
